All mattresses or foundations with proper support and are stain free are protected by a limited manufacturer's warranty. The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials. Replacement of one piece due to manufacturing defect does not automatically result in the replacement of another piece. The limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is not transferrable.
This warranty does not apply to and excludes:
- Consumer firmness/comfort preferences
- Normal changes in softness or body impressions over time
- 3/4" body impression is the standard for all foam mattresses
- 1 1/2" body impression is the standard for all inner spring mattresses
- Consumer bed height/weight preference
- Cover fabric and handles
- Corner guards
- Burns, cuts or tears
- Vermin infestations
- Mattresses used with inadequate foundation and/or support system
- Mattresses displaying stains or soil
- Mattresses WITHOUT the original Law Tags in place
- Merchandise sold "As-Is" or "Floor Model sample" unless otherwise specified onsales order
The warranty coverage runs from the original date of purchase and the warranty period is based on the code printed on your white law label tag.
MattressMan does not approve nor deny a warranty claim as that is the manufacturers' decision. We will, however, expedite service on the manufacturer's warranty by submitting to the manufacturer all of the information needed on the warranty claim form.

These sheets were very uncomfortable and scratchy. Also bought a king size pillowcase to fit the tempurpedic pillow we purchased with our mattress but the pillowcase was way too big and just wrinkled all night. I only used the sheets and pillowcase once and then they went in the donation pile. I love my mattress but I'll never buy your sheets again.

I purchased two sheets sets plus pillowcases. I did not like the sheet texture. It reminds me of rice paper and feels cheap. The sheets stay on my bed when I use the adjustable base but barely and are already showing signs of stretching. The material is super thin and I can see through my pillowcases to the print on the pillows. What is most frustrating is the no return policy. I can see this for the sheets I used but one set is still new in its packaging.

The breath very well esp. for a hot sleeper like me. I pair them w/ the Breeze pillow. I wish they were softer and smoother. I literally have dish towels more supple and luxurious feeling than these cases. That being said, that's a minor gripe, they breath well and fit the Breeze pillows perfectly! I hope they make them softer and less like a course cheese cloth when they do update these.
