Comfort Exchange Policy.

For your convenience we offer a 100 night customer accommodation (Mattress Man wants you to be comfortable on your new bedding). We ask you to try the mattress for 30 nights from your delivery but not more than 100 nights. If you are not comfortable or feel as though you are not getting the support that you need, then you may come into our store and reselect any other mattress of equal or greater value. This is a ONE TIME exchange. This policy is for comfort and support, not size or height. This customer accommodation will be invalidated if the mattress is found to be in a stained or unsanitary condition. You must purchase a mattress protector to qualiff for the Accommodation.There will be a $79.00 delivery fee for any exchange during the 100 day period.

Special Order Items:

Special order items require two to four week ship time. All specially ordered items are non-refundable once yourorder is placed. No exchanges on special order items. A minimum down payment of 50Yo is required.

Warranty Claims

Please contact us if you feel there is a warranty problem with your new set. There are no refunds on a warranty claim. We will send an authorized warranty specialist out to examine your mathess set to make a determination of the warranty claim.
