As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 706.863.7670 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Comfort Exchange Policy.

In order to qualify for our 100 Days of Comfort Guarantee, The following criteria must be met.

  • Customer must own mattress for a minimum of 30 days prior to returning to MattressMan.
  • Mattress protector must be purchased with mattress at original time of purchase. If a protector is not purchased with a new mattress, MattressMans 100 Days of Comfort Guarantee is void and unable to be applied to that purchase. Purchase of mattress protector does not guarantee mattress can be returned, that is still at MattressMan’s discretion.
  • 100 Days of Comfort is only applicable to Mattresses valued at $699 or above, purchased at any MattressMans showroom. Foundations, adjustable bases, pillows and/or sheets are not covered by the 100 Day Comfort Guarantee.
  • Value of credit received for a returned mattress can ONLY be applied towards a new mattress of equal or greater value, with any difference in cost being paid by the customer.
  • MattressMan reserves the right to limit mattress exchanges to one (1) per customer, per invoice.
  • MattressMan reserves the right to refuse any mattress being returned that appears damaged, unsanitary, stained, or soiled at all.
  • Any additional cost for delivery during exchange process is the responsibility of the customer.
  • MattressMan reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if delivery of reselected mattress / bedroom item is preferred method of delivery.
  • MattressMan will not pick up used mattresses from a customer's home.
